Heather Belle Co. updated their website design for a more consistent and professional web design throughout the E-Commerce website. We used a more powerful e-commerce platform with additional professional online retailing features like account login, favorites lists, and better control of the inventory and display. Through the use of Adobe Business Catalyst web apps in this CMS platform, we made an easily updatable press page that could be routinely updated with the latest mentions and images. A blog was employed for additional engagement and SEO, pulling in more traffic from search engines. Integrated in the platform, we also developed their e-mail blasts and newsletters, with a custom design based on their new style, and used the website to also build their e-newsletter list.
Working closely with the style direction of the company, the web design become a collaboration with their own style and expectations for the visual marketing, keeping the design very simple and clean and direct. They wished to have an abstract conceptual element to the website instead of the typical conversion elements we normally employ for driving visitor actions.
We developed a plan and consulted for Heather Belle Co. for the bigger internet marketing picture, from SEO to social media, optimizing the website for search engines. Traffic built steadily as the content grew on the site and social media.
